Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Orree. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


*****If this product is shipped to places that are 75F or higher please send us an email so we can ensure appropriate packaging to prevent melting. Orree will not be responsible if the product is damaged


Domestic Shipping Policy


Orree ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.


We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to United States Postal Service standards


** Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Customs, Duties and Taxes


Orree is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




Orree is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made and confirmed by USPS. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS and submitting a claim for their packages that were lost or stolen. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Orree will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment's tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any problems with the products, please notify us with 14 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for products are not guaranteed because all products are handmade. If a refund or exchange is granted, the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost (which includes sending the original product back to Orree (must include tracking number).


International Shipping Policy​

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
